Helix CEO Tim Burke

Name:             Tim Burke
Pronouns:     He/Him/His
Position:     Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Tim is the CEO of Helix Technology Partners. He drives Helix’s vision and sustainable, predictable growth as the board lead for Helix companies. Tim also spends his time getting to know business owners and their businesses while leading Helix’s acquisition strategy.

Prior to launching Helix in 2023, Tim served as CEO of NetGain Technologies. While there, he drove NetGain’s organic growth strategy and added on 13 additional businesses. Today, these companies make up Helix Technology Partners. Before joining NetGain, Tim served as Senior Vice President within Bank of America’s credit card line of business. Prior to Bank of America, he worked as a Senior Associate at Red Ventures, a marketing and technology firm.

Tim began his career as a middle school math teacher in Charlotte as a corps member in Teach for America. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Clemson University with a BA in history, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2019.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys reading, spending time with his partner Sarah and their cat Margo, traveling, experiencing the outdoors, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers and Cincinnati Bengals!

Helix President Kelsey Randhawa

Name:             Kelsey Randhawa

Position:       President

Kelsey is President at Helix. She develops and executes on Helix’s vision in partnership with the CEO. She is also responsible for portfolio operations, where she drives organic growth by developing reports, processes, and resources to support company operators. Kelsey enjoys connecting with business owners to understand the unique DNA of their companies.

Previously, she worked as Chief of Staff at NetGain Technologies before launching Helix in 2023. Prior to joining NetGain in 2021, she worked at McMaster-Carr Supply Co., a B2B industrial supply distributor. There she held a variety of roles ranging from strategy and operations manager, software engineer, and product manager.

Kelsey holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Business and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Kenyon College with a BA in international relations.

In her free time, Kelsey can be found with her nose in a book. When traveling abroad, she collects Harry Potter books in their native languages. While her quest isn’t always successful, she enjoys meeting locals and finding off-the-beaten path bookshops. A former college runner, you can also find her jogging along the Chicago lakefront.
Helix COO Jessica Zhang

Position:       Chief Operating Officer (COO) 

Jessica is the Chief Operating Officer for Helix Technology Partners. Jessica develops exceptional leaders in the Helix ecosystem and executes on strategies that support the growth of Helix businesses.

Most recently, Jessica was an Executive in Residence at Evergreen Services Group and worked on portfolio-wide initiatives. Prior to joining Evergreen, Jessica led large teams and drove forward a breadth of strategic and operational initiatives across numerous business functions at McMaster-Carr Supply Company.

Jessica is a proud double Maroon. She holds a BA in political science from the University of Chicago. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in general management, strategic management, economics, and behavioral science.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, reading and writing, and being a life-long learner. She often dabbles in new hobbies to broaden her experiences and skill sets
Folake Bankole

Position:       Chief Financial Officer

Folake, the Chief Financial Officer at Helix, is a dynamic leader dedicated to delivering value through her unwavering commitment to accounting and reporting excellence. With a sharp focus on long-term financial and business planning. Folake ensures that Helix maintains a robust financial foundation. Her strategic fiscal management skills are instrumental in steering Helix toward continued growth and success. Folake also places a strong emphasis on fostering business collaboration, recognizing the importance of aligning financial goals with our strategic vision. Under her guidance, Helix remains at the forefront of financial innovation and sound business practices.

Prior to joining Helix, Folake worked at Sigma Pensions Limited, a private equity backed company, as the CFO. With over a decade of experience in the financial services arena, her expertise spans a multitude of disciplines, encompassing auditing, financial control & analysis, performance management, securities trading, financial reporting, corporate finance, and business strategy.

Folake holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated with a First-Class degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Reading in the UK.

During her free time, when she is not immersed in the world of numbers, Folake finds her joy in dancing and is ever ready to take on a dance challenge. She is also a fervent Formula 1 enthusiast, with a deep-seated affection for Mercedes.

Mario Guarriello

Name:          Mario Guarriello

Position:      VP of Growth

Mario is the VP of Growth for Helix Technology Partners. Mario enables Helix companies to achieve revenue targets by optimizing sales and marketing functions and processes, and providing tactical expertise for overall best practices.

Prior to Helix, Mario served as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales and
Marketing at ORock Technologies, a cloud service provider offering storage, compute, AI/ML and professional services.

Mario holds an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology, a BS in Marketing with a concentration in Business Law from Penn State University, and a corporate finance accreditation from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Mario enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, friends, and family. In addition to his passion for technology, Mario can be found golfing, mountain biking, snowboarding, or riding his motorcycle.

Name:             Adrienne Dabbelt

Position:       Regional Controller

Adrienne Dabbelt is a Regional Controller for Helix. She onboards acquisitions, closely partnering with local finance teams to update their finance and accounting practices. She also advances various financial projects with the CFO.

Prior to her promotion to Helix, Adrienne worked as the local Controller for LK Tech, one of Helix’s managed services providers in Ohio. There she not only completed the monthly billing, but also implemented procedures that allow for a swift accounting close. She began her career in public accounting working with several small businesses.

Adrienne received her Bachelor of Accounting at Northern Kentucky University.

Adrienne calls Independence, KY home. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her partner Ray and college-aged daughter Mackenzie. She’s deeply involved in her church community and spends time at Bible studies and weekend retreats. College football season is Adrienne’s favorite season, and you’ll often find her cheering on the Bearcats at the University of Cincinnati!

Name:             Brian Andersen

Position:       Regional Controller

Brian is a Regional Controller for Helix and onboards acquisitions, facilitating a smooth transition into the Helix environment. Brian also works directly with the CFO to expedite financial initiatives and upgrade local finance and accounting practices at operating companies.

Prior to Joining Helix, Brian was the subsidiaries controller at KCI, where he oversaw a range of companies across multiple industries, such as construction, manufacturing, retail, and automotive. Brian received his Master of Science in Accounting from Grand Canyon University in 2022. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern University, where he was a four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team and served as a captain his senior year.

Brian lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife, Alli, and their two dogs. He spends his free time outdoors, running and cycling in the Arizona sun.

Helix-Finance-Claire-Lat

Name:             Claire Lat
Pronouns:     She/Her/Hers
Position:        Regional Controller

Claire is a Regional Controller for Helix and onboards acquisitions. She partners with local teams to mature their finance and accounting practices. She facilitates Helix’s monthly financial close processes and advances various projects to improve the financial maturity of Helix businesses. 

She brings 20 years’ worth of accounting experience to Helix from previous roles at multinational manufacturing companies. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Southern Luzon State University.

Claire lives in Calabarzon, Philippines with her husband, Alex, and their two children, Alexis and Lhymme. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her enjoying quality time with her kids. Claire also has a passion for cooking, so you’ll often find her experimenting with new recipes.
